Glasstec Systems was tasked with this endeavor and embarked on a journey with Savvy Construction, from design to the installation of a bespoke arched frameless glass entrance, breathing new life into the entrance to the dining room.
Our team meticulously crafted a design that seamlessly integrated modern aesthetics with the college’s historic charm. The project’s centerpiece was the installation of stunning frameless automated glass doors, creating a grand entrance that exuded elegance and sophistication.
Concealed Underfloor Automatic door operators complemented this architectural marvel, ensuring smooth and effortless entry for students, faculty, and visitors alike.
In addition to the main features, a strategically placed bespoke anodized post accommodates a push-to-open button, blending functionality with style. Furthermore, flat scan safety sensors were meticulously mounted on the frameless glass doors, prioritizing the safety and well-being of everyone traversing through Pembroke College’s entrance.
The restricted working hours imposed logistical hurdles, necessitating meticulous planning and coordination to ensure that each project phase progressed smoothly. Our team had to adapt to condensed timelines, working efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising quality or safety standards.
